Your main responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime, liaising with third‑party suppliers for purchasing or repair jobs as needed.
  • Implement and maintain Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) programs for all factory equipment, assembly lines, and testing facilities.
  • Drive continuous improvement of factory workflows through process automation, yield improvement, and cost reduction projects.

  • Knowledge of Good Engineering Practices and maintenance programs (reliability‑centered, preventive, predictive).
  • Proficiency with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, indicators) and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
  • Advanced math skills including geometry and algebra for material fabrication calculations, plus ability to operate hand tools and forklifts.

It is a plus if you also have:

  • Knowledge of factory mutual requirements, operational support, and capacity management.
