City and County of Denver seeks a Maintenance Technician to support the New Vehicle Check-In Team. You will prepare new vehicles, perform light maintenance, and manage fleet data. This position is based at 5440 Roslyn St., Denver, CO 80216. It is an on-site role with a Monday–Friday schedule, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our New Vehicle Check-In Team. This role is essential in preparing new vehicles and equipment while also handling the retirement and disposition of outgoing fleet assets. Specifically, as a Maintenance Technician you will:

Our ideal candidate has some or all the following experience, skills, and characteristics:
Education requirement: Graduation from high school or the possession of a GED, HiSET or TASC Certificate.
Experience Requirement: One (1) year of experience performing a variety of duties in construction, mechanical, or facility maintenance.
Education/Experience Equivalency: A combination of appropriate education and experience may be substituted for the minimum education and experience requirements.
This job requires driving. Requires a valid Driver's License at the time of application. Licenses and certifications must be kept current as a condition of employment.
