Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a Maintenance Person to support daily restaurant cleanliness, uphold equipment standards, and help keep the dining area safe and inviting.

You will work with the Maintenance Team to filter fryers oil, maintain outside grounds, clean equipment and restrooms, unload deliveries, change bulbs, and service HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris. This role provides hands-on training and opportunities to grow within a franchisee-operated restaurant.

Qualifications

• Maintain interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness.
• Assist in maintaining restaurant equipment and facilities.
• Support safe, clean and well-lit dining areas.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
