Job summary

Responsibilities include unloading deliveries, trash management, light maintenance, and HVAC cleaning to keep the facility safe and welcoming for guests and crew alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant maintenance and cleanliness.
• Ability to unload deliveries and stock areas.
• Familiar with HVAC/exhaust unit cleaning and basic repairs.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily and maintain fryer cleanliness.
• Maintain outside grounds and parking areas.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times per week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs in dining and back areas.
• Clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris.
