Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a Maintenance Person to help keep the restaurant clean, safe, and in good working order. You will support management, perform routine maintenance, and ensure equipment and facilities meet standards.

Responsibilities include daily fryer oil filtration, grounds maintenance, window and equipment cleaning, restrooms, waste disposal, and basic electrical/lighting tasks. This role requires physical ability and teamwork to deliver a welcoming dining experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Experience in restaurant maintenance helpful.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 5 times a week.
• Able to lift and carry 50lbs.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
