Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders and preventative maintenance promptly as inspected.
• Record time and materials per departmental standards and audits.
• Address patient comfort requests promptly, prioritising emergency and safety issues.
• Share information about work with peers.
• Perform minor electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs and fixture installation.
• Inspect repairs and systems for safe operation.
• Keep work areas and storage clean and organized.
• Provide accurate reports including reports of equipment failures.
• Other duties as assigned.
