Job summary

Bolingreen Health & Rehab is seeking a maintenance technician to perform routine and preventive maintenance across the center. You will handle HVAC-related tasks, electrical and plumbing repairs, and assist with safety systems to ensure a safe, clean environment for residents and staff.

You will work as part of a dedicated team in a non-profit, mission-driven setting and enjoy weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities to contribute to high-quality care in our communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Change air conditioner/heater filters as scheduled/needed.
• Perform routine maintenance of air conditioners/heaters and equipment.
• Test fire alarm systems and extinguishers; assist with safety drills.
• Paint interior/exterior surfaces and assist with minor carpentry tasks.
• Perform general maintenance, plumbing, electrical wiring and repairs as needed.
• Assist with major cleaning and setup projects around the center.
