Job summary

Bolingreen Health & Rehab in Macon, GA is seeking a maintenance technician to perform routine upkeep of HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing, and general facility repairs. The role includes safety checks, minor carpentry, groundskeeping, and assisting with emergency drills.

Strong reading, safety awareness, and ability to follow instructions are required. HS diploma or equivalent preferred. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are included for this non-profit organization.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a H.S. diploma or its equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with basic maintenance tasks and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance of HVAC systems, plumbing, wiring and general facilities tasks.
• Inspect equipment and perform scheduled upkeep, testing, and repairs as needed.
• Operate and maintain electrical tools and equipment safely.
• Test fire alarms and safety equipment and assist with drills.
• Paint, carpentry, groundskeeping and light construction tasks as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and respond to unscheduled maintenance requests.
