Nonni's in Tulsa, OK is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to keep food manufacturing equipment running, including ovens, mixers, filling machines, and packaging lines.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and leadership of junior staff. PLC/SCADA and welding/fabrication experience are desirable requirements.

Formación

• Experience maintaining complex food manufacturing equipment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, pneumatic/hydraulic, and electrical basics.
• Experience with predictive maintenance technologies such as vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to read mechanical blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory requirements (FDA, GMP, HACCP) is highly desirable.
• Experience with automated control systems (PLC, SCADA).
• Previous leadership or informal leadership in a maintenance role.
• Welding, fabrication, or machining experience.
• Forklift certification or experience operating lift equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs on conveyors, pumps, motors, gears, pneumatic systems, ovens, and automated packaging machinery used in food production lines.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks on all production and packaging equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Analyze mechanical issues, develop solutions, and execute repairs with minimal disruption to production schedules.
• Work with production teams to ensure equipment downtime is kept to a minimum and that production targets are met.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and repair records in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards (FDA, OSHA).
• Ensure all maintenance tools and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and machinery.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex mechanical failures, often involving cross-functional collaboration with electrical, HVAC, and other engineering teams.
• Lead and mentor junior mechanics and other maintenance personnel, providing guidance on proper maintenance practices and safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during all repair and maintenance activities.
• Assist with inventory management of spare parts and materials to ensure timely availability for maintenance activities.
• Participate in the development and continuous improvement of maintenance processes, contributing to cost-saving initiatives and system efficiencies.
