Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Naples, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support operation, inspection, and light maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. This entry‑level role offers growth within the engineering field and a daytime schedule (7:00 a.m.

– 3:30 p.m., Monday–Friday). You will assist the engineering team with building and equipment maintenance, perform general tasks across carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting, and complete work orders

Qualifications

3 years of related work experience in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry
Trade school, union training, military service or college is desirable
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall
Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneel, lift and/or drive
Strong customer service skills

Responsibilities

Assist the engineering team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment
Perform general maintenance including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and/or painting
Complete assigned work orders and maintain documentation
Maintain tools, parts, equipment and supplies in clean and safe conditions
Work under the direction of Operations Manager, Sr, Maintenance Tech and others
Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs
Support on-call or emergency response situations (if applicable)
Other projects and tasks to be assigned
