You will handle general and emergency maintenance, learn and apply OSHA10 guidelines, and collaborate with residents and staff to maintain a high standard of curb appeal and service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to read and speak English and follow oral and written directions.
• Previous maintenance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive interactions with residents and the public to enhance the community image and ensure resident retention.
• Perform general and emergency maintenance of apartments and common areas, including snow removal when needed.
• Create a customer-centered service culture through proactive hospitality with residents and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Keep the community clean and well-maintained, including sanitizing and waste disposal.
• Perform turnover of apartments, including cleaning and repairs as necessary.
• Utilize company databases and software for daily tasks.
• Identify maintenance problems and take appropriate action to prevent hazards.
