The role requires strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, familiarity with safety procedures, and the ability to work rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a machine maintenance technician or similar role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and ability to read schematics.
• Proficient with hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and testing instruments.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and safety procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and respond to emergencies.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery per schedule.
