Weinstein Properties is hiring a Maintenance Technician - EPA Certified in Cedar Park, TX. The role involves servicing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry across occupied and vacant apartments, with on-site responsibilities at Bexley at Silverado.

The schedule is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with rotating emergency on-call shifts. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of residential maintenance experience, an EPA Type II or Universal certification, and a strong

• Pay: $23/hour (and up, depending on experience)
• On-call pay:
• $150/week (calls or no calls)
• Additional $150 per holiday on-call

Maintenance Technician - EPA Certified Schedule

• Full-time: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (40 hours/week)
• Participation in a rotating emergency on-call schedule with the team

What You'll Be Doing as a Maintenance Technician

What We're Looking For In Our Maintenance Technicians

• At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
• Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks

Physical & Technical Requirements of a Maintenance Technician

• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems, etc.)
• Ability to drive a golf cart
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Background check required
