Weinstein Properties in Cedar Park, TX is seeking a skilled EPA Certified Maintenance Technician to maintain our apartment communities. The role includes completing work orders in occupied and vacant units, assisting with turns, and ensuring the property remains safe and presentable.

You’ll troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances and carpentry, work with a team on a rotating on-call schedule, and enjoy competitive pay, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal).

Maintenance Technician - EPA Certified Schedule

• Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours/week)
• Participation in a rotating emergency on-call schedule with the team

What You’ll Be Doing as a Maintenance Technician

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Background check required
