Love's Travel Stops is seeking Maintenance Technicians to keep our locations safe, clean, and well-maintained while assisting the management team to provide fast, friendly service to customers. No prior experience? We will teach you!

In this customer-facing role you will help with cleaning, stocking, and general maintenance across store, restaurant, and truck care areas, while upholding safety standards and delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role requiring friendly, helpful interaction with customers.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.
• Willingness to learn and perform maintenance tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist customers in-store and at the pumps.
• Support store, restaurant, and truck care teams with cleaning, stocking, and basic maintenance.
• Use basic tools and equipment to help maintain facility operations and perform simple repairs.
• Assist with cross-training in other departments as needed by the business.
• Adhere to safety policies and ensure a positive customer experience.
