Love’s Travel Stops is seeking Maintenance Technicians to help keep our locations safe, clean, and well-maintained while supporting management to deliver fast, friendly service to customers.

No experience is required—we provide the training. You’ll work in a customer-facing role with the store, restaurant, and truck care teams, performing cleaning, maintenance, and basic repairs. We value safety, flexibility in scheduling, and opportunities for growth across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role with service duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and resolve issues.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care with cleaning, maintenance, and stocking.
• Operate tools and equipment for facility maintenance (HVAC, fuel systems, etc.).
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store/Restaurant Cashier and Maintenance.
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction per policies.
• Move, lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
