Job summary

Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment while assisting the manager in smooth operations. No experience needed—we will teach you!

Responsibilities include customer assistance, cleaning, basic repairs across HVAC, fuel systems, service trucks, and more. You may cross-train in other departments and contribute to a team-focused culture with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role with general customer service duties.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
• Use of various tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations (HVAC, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration, etc.).
• Cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, Leadership Roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Support store and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, and stocking duties.
• Operate tools to clean and maintain facilities, including HVAC, fuel systems, and plumbing.
• Put safety and customer satisfaction first while following company policies and procedures.
