Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking Maintenance Technicians to keep our facilities safe, clean, and well-maintained while supporting store, restaurant, and truck care teams. No experience is required—we will teach you and help you grow within the company.

You will use a variety of tools to perform cleaning, maintenance, and repairs across HVAC, fuel systems, refrigeration, plumbing, and site inspections. Safety and customer satisfaction come first in every task, with opportunities for cross-training

Qualifications

Customer service oriented role with emphasis on positive customer experience.
Ability to work across store, restaurant, and truck care departments.
Willingness to learn and cross-train in other areas.
Strong safety mindset and compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service in a fast-paced setting.
Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with maintenance and cleaning needs.
Operate tools to clean and maintain facilities (HVAC, fuel systems, plumbing, refrigeration).
Cross-train in Store/Cashier, Restaurant, and Facility roles as needed.
Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction in all interactions.
Lift 25+ pounds and work in varied temperatures.
