Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is hiring Maintenance Technicians to keep our locations safe, clean, and well-maintained while supporting store operations. You will assist with repairs, routine maintenance, and customer service, helping drivers and travelers have a smooth visit.

No prior experience? We'll train you. You’ll learn to work with HVAC, fuel, refrigeration systems, and other facility equipment, while adhering to safety policies and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

Customer-facing role with focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Assist customers and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
Support store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, and stocking.
Operate and maintain equipment including HVAC, fuel, refrigeration, and plumbing systems.
Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier or Facility Maintenance.
Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction in all tasks.
