Love's Travel Stops is seeking Maintenance Technicians to keep our facilities safe, clean, and well-maintained. You will support the store and operations team, perform HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks, and assist management to ensure fast, friendly service for customers.

No prior experience? No problem—we offer full training. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role with focus on providing assistance and ensuring a positive experience.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to work in varied temperatures and lift 25+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and service needs.
• Operate tools and equipment for cleaning and maintenance (HVAC, fuel systems, refrigeration, plumbing, etc.).
• Cross-train in roles such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership.
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction following company policies.
• Move and lift 25+ pounds and work in different temperatures.
