Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support its community maintenance program and preserve asset value. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and safety, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor.

The technician will perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and inspections while adhering to company policies. Weekend and after-hours on-call are expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Computer literacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment.
• Assist with maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
• Assist with monitoring inventory of parts and supplies.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Report time and attendance.
• Make daily inspections of the community.
• Follow Landmark Properties policies and procedures.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident and company information.
• Support with organizing and implementing a successful turn.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Be available on weekends and after hours for emergency calls.
