Saputo Inc. is hiring a maintenance-focused role in Wisconsin to help troubleshoot electrical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and keep production equipment running smoothly.

You will work to minimize downtime and ensure safe handling of chemicals on the production floor, with opportunities to contribute across manufacturing operations. Starting wage is $33.47 per hour, with a team-oriented environment and ongoing development opportunities that Saputo values.

Qualifications

• Solid organizational, analytical problem solving and communication skills.
• Maintain good sanitation and housekeeping of work areas.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical issue and equipment breakdowns.
• Support the PM program while minimizing downtime.
• Perform preventative and repair maintenance on production equipment and systems.
• Start machines to test operation and flow.
• Record preventative maintenance tasks and work orders.
• Complete work orders and respond to maintenance calls on the production floor.
• Install, maintain, repair, and overhaul production equipment including electrical systems and PLCs.
• Troubleshoot worn parts and rebuild machine assemblies and pumps.
• Handle chemicals safely following hazardous communication requirements.
