Job summary

Saputo Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment. The role supports safety, reliability and efficiency across manufacturing operations in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities include diagnosing problems, servicing mechanical and electrical systems, performing preventive maintenance, and documenting work orders. Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience and a HS diploma, with SAP experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 year(s) prior industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing environment required.
• Strong electrical background in addition to mechanical skills.
• Experience with computerized or automated controls and ability to read electric schematics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose equipment problems from tests, messages and operator input.
• Clean, lubricate, adjust parts, equipment and machinery.
• Disassemble and repair machinery as needed.
• Inspect parts for defects and wear.
• Test operation of machinery after repairs to verify repairs.
• Operate and support industrial, refrigeration, boiler and utility operations.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) using SAP or other ERP systems.
• Record maintenance activities accurately in the system.
