Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical certs or associate degree preferred.
• 5–7 years hands-on maintenance and control systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain milling machines, lathes, presses, and other equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and safety system issues.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Inspect, calibrate, and verify machine performance with precision instruments.
• Collaborate with electricians and maintenance personnel to restore equipment performance.
• Train and mentor junior maintenance staff.
