Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep CNC machines, robotics and hydraulic/pneumatic systems running at peak performance. You will diagnose, repair, and rebuild equipment in a fast-paced, team-based environment, with a safety and quality first mindset.

You will document repairs, review work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and collaborate with production, facilities, materials and engineering to meet production goals as we grow our global automotive manufacturing

Qualifications

3 years of experience performing maintenance on CNC machines, hydraulic and pneumatic production equipment, industrial robotics, and high/low voltage electrical systems.
Safety-first mindset; strong attention to detail; able to work in a cooperative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance with safety and quality first mindset.
Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot machinery, including CNC, robotics, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
Rebuild, repair, or reassemble machines and equipment as needed.
Document repairs in work logs and close or create work orders for follow-up maintenance.
Conduct preventative/predictive maintenance on production equipment.
Collaborate with production, facilities, materials, and engineering teams.
