Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of manufacturing equipment. You will join a skilled team in a modern plant environment to ensure reliable production operations.

Responsibilities include preventive and predictive maintenance, reading schematics, and supporting continuous improvement. Strong problem-solving, tools handling, and communication skills are required, with shift overtime

Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance role in a production environment preferred.
• Strong electrical and mechanical problem-solving abilities.
• Experience welding, sheet metal fabrication and pipe fitting.
• Ability to read hydraulic, mechanical and pneumatic blueprints.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems.
• Good written and verbal communication; basic computer skills.
• Shift flexibility and willingness to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Support production operations for all maintenance requirements, including hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems as scheduled.
• Troubleshoots and maintains all plant equipment through the application of sound troubleshooting techniques and superior repair methodology.
• Work from available drawings and equipment specifications and schematics.
• Perform preventive, predictive and routine inspection’s maintenance.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
