Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Repair malfunctioning equipment and broken structures.
• Install machinery systems and perform electrical maintenance.
• Inspect alarm, plumbing, and facility systems for reliability.
• Create and follow inspection and repair schedules.
• Perform regular quality checks and downtime control.
• Read blueprints and survey site structures.
• Maintain grounds and assist with light landscaping.
• Handle administrative computer tasks as needed.
• Be on-call handyman when required.
