Job summary

The Housing Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support multiple Idaho properties. No prior experience is required, as training and ongoing support are provided to help you start a rewarding career.

You will perform preventive maintenance, complete apartment turns, keep work areas clean, manage supplies, and handle seasonal tasks. A valid driver's license and after-hours availability are required.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow through.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance.
• Availability for after-hours emergency maintenance calls (company phone provided).
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
