Job summary

The Housing Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service apartment communities in Caldwell and nearby areas, performing upkeep, turns, and general maintenance to ensure quality and safety for residents.

No prior maintenance experience is required; training and ongoing support are provided. You will work with a team, assist with after-hours emergencies when on call, and contribute to well-maintained properties.

Qualifications

• No prior maintenance experience required; training will be provided.
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance on buildings
• Complete apartment turns efficiently and to high standards
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Maintain an inventory of supplies and tools
• Perform seasonal tasks (e.g., mowing, snow/ice removal)
• Other duties as assigned
