Job summary

Position Description

Join a dynamic maintenance team as a Maintenance Technician in Durham, NC. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across various trades including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, roofing, HVAC, and grounds care. Top Requirements
