What You’ll Do

• Learn new skills on the job. Work alongside experienced technicians and learn the ins and outs of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform specific duties during both operating and non‑operating hours in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Assist with facility upgrades, renovations, and equipment installations.
• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency breakdowns.
• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and request new materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Travel to different job sites (no two days are the same).

Requirements / What We’re Looking For

• Must be willing to travel to multiple sites: Raleigh, NC; Durham, NC; and occasionally Wilmington, NC.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environments (indoors/outdoors, heights, confined spaces).
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Bilingual a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to climb stairs and ladders, reach, squat, push, and pull objects.
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to tolerate working outdoors in all temperatures and weather conditions.
• Ability to lift objects of various dimensions and weights.
