Aerotek in Circle Pines, MN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose problems, repair equipment, and keep production operating at peak performance. This role emphasizes electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on a variety of production systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience performing preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of motors, drives, pumps, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial controls.
• PLC troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Experience with welding, HVAC, plumbing, fabrication, or machining is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused maintenance culture.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial electrical and mechanical systems throughout the facility.
• Perform maintenance on production machinery, manufacturing equipment, and facility systems.
• Service overhead cranes, conveyors, silos, HVAC systems, motors, belts, filters, and other critical equipment.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Assist with equipment installations, machinery upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Maintain, repair, and improve both legacy and modern automated manufacturing equipment.
• Partner with operations teams to quickly resolve production issues and keep lines running efficiently.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
