Aspire Living & Learning, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment, assist with remodeling, and handle grounds tasks.

Day-to-day duties include plaster and drywall work, painting, and on-call maintenance support. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with 3+ years of driving experience, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment.
• Assist with renovation/remodeling of buildings; plaster/drywall repairs; painting.
• Conduct grounds maintenance such as snow removal; other maintenance tasks as required.
• Be on-call for maintenance issues as needed.
