Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment under the direction of the Building Supervisor. The role includes assisting with renovations, plaster and drywall repairs, painting, and general grounds maintenance, including snow removal.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Experience in maintenance, groundskeeping, painting, repairs, carpentry, electrical preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment under the direction of the Building Supervisor.
• Assist with renovation/remodeling of buildings; repairs plaster/drywall; painting.
• Perform grounds maintenance such as snow removal; other maintenance tasks as required.
• On-call responsibilities as required.
