Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
• Complete drywall repairs, patching, painting, and touch-up work as needed throughout the community.
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs and scheduled inspections.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of floors, common areas, and exterior grounds.
• Support garbage removal and proper waste disposal procedures.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and community needs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Assist with apartment turnovers and preparation of residences for new move-ins.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and community standards.
• Participate in on-call coverage and emergency response as needed.
