Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain facilities and equipment, assist with renovations, repair plaster and drywall, and perform painting. The role includes grounds upkeep and on-call duties to ensure safe, functional spaces for our clients and staff.

We value dependable teamwork, clear communication, and a proactive approach to facility care. Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Must have valid driver's license with 3+ years driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment under supervision.
• Assist with renovation/remodeling of buildings; repair plaster and drywall; painting.
• Conduct grounds maintenance including snow removal.
• Handle on-call responsibilities and other maintenance tasks as required.
