Job summary

Complete Care at Maple Grove is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to help keep our residential facility safe, comfortable, and well-functioning for residents and staff in Madison, WI. The role offers a full-time schedule with no weekend shifts and daily pay options.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and assisting with electrical and HVAC tasks while upholding safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance, electrical systems and HVAC preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Long-term care or healthcare maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair building maintenance issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facility systems.
• Assist with electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in the on-call rotation every other week.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Complete assigned work orders and maintenance projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator.
