Complete Care in Grande Prairie, WI is hiring a Full-Time Maintenance Assistant to support building operations and routine maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other systems. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and follow safety policies to keep equipment and facilities running smoothly.

The role requires a high school diploma and the ability to work independently or with a team. Prior LTC facility experience is preferred but not required. Day shift, full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with basic building repairs (plumbing, carpentry, painting) preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot building mechanical problems effectively.
• Perform repairs and conduct scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Apply knowledge of electrical systems and HVAC.
• Follow safety rules and procedures of the maintenance department.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Director and Administrator on duties.
