Job summary
Complete Care is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician for a full-time, 1st shift role at our Wisconsin facility. You will troubleshoot and repair building systems, perform preventative maintenance on equipment, assist with electrical, HVAC, and general tasks, and ensure safety and comfort for residents and staff.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance, electrical systems, and HVAC preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Previous maintenance experience preferred.
- Long-term care or healthcare maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair building maintenance issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facility systems.
- Assist with electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in the on‑call rotation every other week.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Complete assigned work orders and maintenance projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator.
