Complete Care Management is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to keep our facility safe, comfortable, and well-functioning for residents and staff. This Full-Time, 1st Shift role avoids weekends and includes on-call rotation every other week.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot maintenance issues, perform preventive tasks, and assist with electrical/HVAC work while adhering to safety policies. Join a compassionate team delivering meaningful care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance, electrical systems, and HVAC preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Healthcare maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair building maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systems.
• Assist with electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks.
• Ensure all work follows safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotation every other week.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Complete assigned work orders and maintenance projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator.
