Job summary

Complete Care at Maple Grove is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to help keep our facility safe, comfortable, and well-functioning for residents and staff. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on building systems, electrical, HVAC, and general equipment.

This Full-Time, 1st shift role offers daily pay options and opportunities for growth in a supportive healthcare team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance, electrical systems, and HVAC preferred.
• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Long-term care or healthcare maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair building maintenance issues
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facility systems
• Assist with electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety policies and procedures
• Participate in the on-call rotation every other week
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
• Complete assigned work orders and maintenance projects
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator
