Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing troubleshooting environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Knowledge of mechanical drive, conveyor, and overhead rail systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance on production equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to prevent equipment failures.
• Repair overhead rail and conveyor systems as needed.
• Collaborate with technical personnel and outside vendors.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and communicate status to Production Supervisors.
• Support a safe and clean work environment by following safety protocols.
