Job summary

Dauch is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Rochester, IN to perform preventive and reactive maintenance on CNC machines, robotics, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and electrical gear, ensuring safety and quality standards. You will diagnose faults, rebuild components, and document repairs with the work orders.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years' maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and strong teamwork skills in a fast-paced plant.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience on CNC machines, hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, and high/low voltage electrical systems.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues promptly and know when to ask for help.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening (physical, drug test, background, education verification).

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties with a safety and quality first mindset.
• Work as part of a team to diagnose and repair machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, robotics, electrical equipment, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Review work orders for details and special instructions.
• Document repairs in work log for future reference.
• Rebuild, repair, or reassemble machines and equipment.
• Perform preventative/predictive maintenance on production equipment.
