• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, blueprints and memos.
• Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot manual and CNC equipment to identify problems and perform repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all production equipment per work orders.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Read and interpret schematics and design/implement controls for projects.
• Lead or mentor junior staff and coordinate with external contractors.
