Job summary

RealTruck seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician II to keep our high‑performance equipment and facilities running at peak efficiency. You will diagnose and repair electrical/PLC, mechanical, welding, machining, hydraulics/pneumatics, and conveyor systems, and you’ll interact with engineering to minimize downtime.

This role requires hands-on experience, the ability to rebuild machines, create tooling, program machines as needed, and train newer operators.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience required; 2-3 years preferred.
• 3 years of working with mechanical systems, tools, or machines required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex machines including electrical/PLC systems.
• Operate and keep custom machines running at peak efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
