GreenWood, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance on production and facilities equipment.

The role involves troubleshooting, repairing hydraulics, pneumatics, and CNC machinery while maintaining a strong safety culture and contributing to continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has a HS diploma or GED, plus 3+ years in mechanical/electrical repair and experience with PLC/CNC test equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical trade cert a plus.
• 3+ years with hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, and basic electrical repair.
• Experience with PLC and CNC test equipment for troubleshooting, PMs, and repairs.
• Formal training on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, from basic hydraulics to CNC machinery.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance and keep equipment at peak efficiency.
• Use CMMS to manage work orders and review maintenance history.
• Follow safety procedures and promote a safety-first culture.
• Collaborate with plant team and participate in continuous improvement activities.
