Job summary

Deutsche Precision, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, install, repair, fabricate, and perform preventative maintenance on Hydromat Rotary Transfer Machines in our Missouri facility. Responsibilities

• Read blueprints (detail and assembly) and repair components to OEM standards.
• Operate manual toolroom machines (bandsaws, drill presses, mills, lathes, grinders).
• Support equipment repair with CNC setup when possible.
• Perform preventive maintenance to improve reliability.
• Collaborate with production to reduce downtime.
• Install and troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Welding and fabrication as needed.
• Work with hydraulics/pneumatics systems.
• Read electrical schematics and PLC ladder logic.
• Interpret mechanical drawings and PLC diagrams.
• Operate forklifts, cranes, and lift trucks.
• Train operators on proper machine operation and maintenance.
