Job summary

Pegasus Residential in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to maintain property grounds and support resident services. You will own your role at the property, complete service requests, and uphold a positive, professional attitude.

A valid driver’s license and willingness to learn EPA/CPO related tasks are important. We offer 15 days of PTO, 12 holidays, 100% paid medical for you, a 401k with company match, and a referral bonus program.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance and resident service.
• Customer-focused approach with professional demeanor.
• EPA/CPO certification is a plus but not required.
