Qualifications

• 2 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new maintenance skills and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Learn and perform skills such as pool maintenance and grounds upkeep.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor.
