Job summary

Peak Living in Sanford, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep units market-ready and maintain property equipment. The role reports to the Service Manager and may require weekends and after-hours emergency services based on community needs.

Responsibilities include completing make-ready maintenance, handling work orders, assisting with building and common area maintenance, and supporting the preventative maintenance program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in a property management environment.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.).
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English.
